Wrapper methods to access Apache's POI HSSF java classes to read, write and edit Excel files.

2008-08-04 (release 0.2, available through subversion):
- Changed method name new to newWorkbook, to prevent conflicts with possible reserved word in CF9.
- Added validation to autoAdjust, to prevent bugs when requesting row that isn't referenced.
- Fixed typo in some comments.
2008-09-07 (release 0.3, currently active):
- Complete rewrite of all the methods
- Much easier to use
- Streamlined use (no more sheet argument in methods, replaced with selectSheet method)
- New methods (getClasses, save, etc...)
- Get all the information from the wiki, link at the top of this page.
